I've requested this in the past and will again here officially. :)

For roleplaying purposes or even for fighting purposes, I would like to see some staves made for clerics. The weapon of choice for clerics of Sehanine Moonbow, for example, is a staff. My cleric probably wouldn't use one for fighting, but for role-playing purposes I would like to see her be able to carry one.

Granted there are staves in the game she can hold, but I'm talking about glowy, nifty looking staves. I honestly don't care if they aren't anything but a prop that we can change the look of but have no goodies on them, I'd simply love to have some good looking ones for when she's busy with her priestesslyishness chores.

The priestess of Angharradh concurs :P (even though I'm technically supposed to have a spear, but hey)

As with all weapons, if it's just the looks you're after why don't you change it in game (or have a weaponsmith help you)? A non magical staff will cost little to modify and thereby you can get the exact look you're after and some RP around creating it as an added bonus. It's not likely that we'll be adding multiple looks of weapons in the stores, since it'll just make a mess of them. To add a low enchantment staff to one of the shrines isn't a problem though but you might have to modify the looks anyway if it's not the one you're looking for.

You could just get the "walking stick" staff from Rappi and craft it to look how you want. :)

I don't think I can get a blue glowing orb on the walking stick nor a standard staff, or am I wrong?

well Gustia and Peragrin both sell staves and so does Arma in the treehut outside of Quaevarr. Modifying them is a pretty easy roll. It should only cost less then a hundred gold to make them look like you would want. I think Rappi as a walking stick for sale too if memory serves.

Because of rp (Sehanine's priestesses are known for carrying some pretty cool staves), that's why I want one and the appearance of it is important to me. =)

It's a minor thing I suppose but no different than someone wanting a book or a fan or any other rp prop. Unless the mage merchants have changed their access, at least two of those are out. Also the staves carried in the High Hold wagon are for sorcerer/wizard only.

I'll check out the other one this morning.

Now I just need to get around to doing Dovyn's stuff... though I guess technically she should have 4 sets... one for each goddess, plus another for all three together... Ugh!
