For those that wish to submit for this PrC, these are the new guidelines to be followed BEFORE submitting your request.

#1. Bring a great bio to support this is a MUST, with frequent updates to keep up with their leveling. We are not talking about a chapter from a Tom Clancy novel, but we need to see meat and potatoes in a bio showing the PC changing and how it is affecting them as a person for feel comfortable with this. We understand writing comes much easier for others, while some struggle to put it down on paper per say, but we need to see a bound and determined player put forth the effort. The selection for this PrC will be very stringent, not all will be accepted.

#2. RPing, this cannot be stressed enough and we do understand that some times there is no DM online, but do not hesitate to “poke” one of us to say, "Look, I'm about to RP the class, could you watch to see if there is anything I'm missing on the vision of it?" If you have to notify a DM that the PC is doing research on their family or have learned of their draconian heritage and are learning about the history of that one dragon to see if it is still around, then so be it. This is not a method of saying, "Look, look, I'm RPing. Reward me." The players should not be afraid to let a DM know that they are doing something, as we cannot be everywhere at once.

#3. Depending on what “type” of dragon blood you have there may be a group of dragon hunters looking for it and "if" they come across the PC, they might decide to take them down on principle, to keep them from following in the "family's footsteps" and doing evil things. And if he's here to save the Silver Marches from such a beastie, he wouldn't mind killing a few "half-beasties" on the way... Choose wisely on your ancestry. There is only once chance at this decision.

#4. The RDD will be treated the same as the drow. If they worship an evil deity and are playing "stupid evil" then the door remains open for that possibility. Granted, the more levels of RDD you have, the wings are a dead giveaway as to what you are, but that is a price they will have to pay for wanting more power. We are pretty sure that you might even have a few hostile receptions in certain towns. Settlestone/Mithral Hall (Shimmergloom) and Silverymoon might dedicate a guard or two to follow that PC around to make sure they are not causing any mischief.

#5. What do we do when people RP that their heritage is of a different dragon color? Say black and gold players run into each other and their differences ARE public knowledge to each other or to all players? Imagine a breath attack in the Refuge Camp or in Silverymoon and the shit storm that would generate from said attack (6D10 worth of damage at RDD level 10).
Black
- Are evil-tempered, cunning and malevolent.
- Make their lairs in large, damp caves and multichambered underground caverns that smell of totting vegetation and foul water, with an acidic overtone. There are usually two entrances (one in water & one on land) that are hidden with the spell plant growth.

Blue
- Are vain and territorial
- Lairs are in vast underground caverns, where they also store their treasure. Although they collect anything that looks valuable, they are most fond of gems – especially sapphires.

Green
- Are belligerent and tend to attack without provocation
- Lairs are in the forests; the older the forest and bigger the trees, the better. They prefer caves in cliffs or hillsides and can be detected by the stinging odor of chlorine.

Red
- Are exceptionally vain, which is reflected in their proud bearing and disdainful expression.
- Lair in large caves that extend deep into the earth, which shimmer with the heat of their bodies and are marked by a sulfurous, smoky odor.

White
- Are simply animalistic predators. Their faces express single-minded ferocity rather than the shrewdness of their more powerful kin.
- Lairs are usually icy caves and deep underground chambers that open away from the warming rays of the sun. they store all of their treasure within the lair, preferable in ice coated in ice, which reflect the gems.

Brass
- Are notoriously talkative. They may have useful information, but usually share it only after long rambling and hinting for a gift.
- Lair in high caves, preferably facing east to enjoy the morning warmth, and their territories always contain several spots where they can sunbathe and trap unwary travelers in conversation.

Bronze
- Are inquisitive and enjoy polymorphing into small, friendly animals to observe adventurers. They are fascinating by warfare, eagerly joining an army for a just cause – and good pay.
- Lairs are accessible only from the water, but they are always dry – they do not lay eggs, sleep or store treasure underwater. A smell of sea spray lingers about them.

Copper
- Are incorrigible pranksters, joke tellers and riddlers. Most are good-natured but also have a covetous, miserly streak.
- Lair in narrow caves and often conceals the entrances using move earth and stone shape. Within the lair, they construct twisting mazes with open tops that allow the dragon to fly or jump over intruders.

Gold
- Are graceful, sinuous and wise. They hate injustice and foul play, often embarking on self-appointed quests to promote good.
- Lairs are secluded and always made of stone, whether caves or castles. They usually have loyal guards; animals appropriate to the terrain. Giants usually form a mutual defensive agreement with a dragon.

Silver
- Are regal and statuesque. They cheerfully assist good creatures that are in genuine need and often take the forms of kindly old men or fair damsels when associating with humans.
- Lairs on secluded mountain peaks or amid the clouds themselves. A faint smell of rain always accompanies them.

#5A. The PCs will be within one alignment of whatever particular dragon is in their bloodline. Once they hit level 10 in RDD, they have truly embraced their draconic heritage and will be the same alignment as the dragon itself.
