 One month between levels as a general rule, for pacing's concern.

 A scripted system is already in-place, requiring the taking of any epic level to be DM-overseen and effected with a level-up token.

 All epic characters will be named in our Character Tracking thread. The date of each of their epic level-ups shall be recorded under their heading, and the 30 day guideline shall be observed for everyone.

As of the institution of this guideline, on 3.07 of 2007, all epic characters shall be date-stamped as their 'first' level up whenever next they level up and get a level-up token from a DM to do so with.

It will be the responsibility of the DM doing the level-up to create an entry for that epic character under the Character Tracking thread and note the last-level-up date.

Under no circumstances should any epic character be allowed to gain more than one level in a single one month span, and should a particular character be thought to need more time at a given level, any DM may note their concern or observation on that epic character's entry in the Character Tracking forum, as well as their reason for refusing the level-up token to the character.

The one month guideline is just that - a guideline. It is subject to change, though notice shall of course be given.

If there are any questions with this or any other rule or guideline, please direct them to myself, Stonewyvern or MasterOfReality.

-Jake

In addition to the above mentioned rules governing epic characters, we require that players submit an epic application prior to gaining level 21. Please allow for one week for review. It doesnt need to be all that lengthy or a novel. What we are looking for is simple:

-What has your character been involved in since their lvl 15 application? What has that character done which makes the Silver Marches more interesting and fun for other characters?
-Does your character have any driving goals for the future they wish to accomplish?

You may PM these applications to any DM, or send it to the DM email account.
