Is it possible to change the default on the tool so that emotes are NOT automatic? Might have to take an opinion poll if so, but I'm fairly certain most people prefer it off.

Well remember that you only need to change the setting on a server reboot.

Thanks. :) Yes I know it's just a switch on a sever reset but I figured if it could be reversed if that's what the majority prefer, it would be nice. It's not a huge deal, just thought I'd mention it because of the many times I see people falling off benches and whatnot because they forgot to turn them off.

Personally I try to use :: instead of * for my emotes. That keeps the tool from jumping me around. If I want it to fire then I use the *

Since it's come up why not throw it to a poll? I'd vote to have them start off as off, most people probably would...I see people complaining about it oocly most of the time and I've done it as well. Especially when around a character by the name of Twilly...damn will saves.

Y'know. I could probably script the mode to persist, even between server resets. You turn it off, it stays off. You turn it on, it stays on. That should be good for everyone :)

Well that would solve all the issues now wouldn't it? Where is the fun in that?

Yea. Come to think of it. We need more issues. *scripts in a randomly changing on/off setting that changes every so often*
:P
