We have a thread in the DM section where DM's post if they are going to be away for a bit. Looking it over, I just realized that it's not the other DM's that only need to know this, but also the players!

So.... This is where DM's should create a post that they can update as their situation changes. Let's try to keep this as concise as possible. If there is a discussion initiated by something a DM posts here, take it to a seperate thread if possible.

I'll start out....

Finally moving into the new home so activity on my part is very low over the last few and next few days. Spending all day moving furniture and boxes in, unpacking and then trying to make some sense of this chaos isn't giving me any game time.

I'm staying in contact with everyone on Skype, which allows me to sneak away for a few moments to do server updates, but little else until this week-end or so.

If you are sending me a PM or something and I haven't responded, that is why....

Current "to-do" list...
- Update Archdruid grove & Initiate the Nature Guild
- Continue Mithrial Fist Activity
- Begin rough draft of Silver March Mapping layout

Current status:

Working slave.

Expected date of change:

Sometime when I become a studying slave.

Current level of participation:

If my bike wouldn't break every single fricken day (no joke, broke 3 days in a row! Bad karma) I'd be on more. For now, trying some forum roleplay + online time whenever possible. Eeks geeks!

I'm here and not here. Trying to get back into the swing of things. So currently I may be on more as a player to get the feel of the server again. However if I am on and something is broken just let me know.

My time currently is going to sparadic, mostly weekends and late nights my time.

Current Status: Active (West Coast US weeknights, occasionally weekends)

DM Style: I'm more often around for small-interactions than full blown run-around-the-server quests.

As my time on the client is sometimes limited, I'd appreciate it if forum-able questions are asked on the forums rather than through the DM chan. Please don't be offended if I ask you to refer to the forums for follow up. :)

Current Status: Active (East Coast US weeknights 18:00 - 21:00 hrs. weekends as needed or as my schedual permits)

DM Style: Large scale plots, more story telling than shooter style. For those who have been involved in my storylines, you know they are not something you can solve in one game session.

Like Dran, I also would appreciate it if forum-able questions are asked on the forums rather than through the DM chan. The reason for this is that I have an extensive library of all things Forgotten Realms. I would rather take the time to look up the correct answer, than wing it off the cuff.

Cheers to everyone!

Bryn/Crum DM

Current Status: Active (West Coast US days and after midnight for a couple of hours, weekends free other than Sunday mornings)

DM Style: Get the general idea for something, then let it flow from there. Things that are fully scripted are a pain if someone tries an idea you hadn't thought of so it is better to plan for them to happen . I also prefer storylines like Crum.

Current Status: Leave-of-absencing in order to sort some things out. :D

I will gladly and with gusto resume DMing after said things have been sorted.

DM Style: More like Dran: small interactions, small parties, generally devoid of slaughter.

Would've posted here, had I been notified that I was no longer a member of the DM team. Instead, after making it suitably clear that I planned to leave after certain issues, including plotlines, were resolved, I had my forum access removed and the DM password was changed. But thanks for the notice, Stony.

*Edit* Let me also mention here that it was several days before you bothered to actually respond to my questions once I'd found out you'd removed my access, and have yet to respond to anything else I've sent since. This discussion was in no way 'resolved' as far as I've seen, and as evidenced by several other people, they don't feel it has been either.

Ok, I will answer this, leave it up for a few days and then remove it as irrelevant to this thread.

Not true. You were removed in mid July, this thread was originally created in June.

Again, not true. You were removed when you showed that you were not willing to discuss the matter in the DM forum with your peers, but chose to reopen an inflammatory thread in hopes of generating support for your personal agenda.

You were removed on July 10th. You sent me a skype note asking questions on July 11th at about 2300 hrs. I responded to your post at 0600 the next morning. Not "days", but 7 hours.

Your only post since then was on the 12th later in the day. In that post, you didn't ask me any questions. You stated that I was right that you should have gone to the DM team first, and then made comments that your reason for your own agenda was because the players were important and you were frustrated because of all the complaints and no one stepping forward.

No "questions" to comment on that I could see. As for the comments and whether I should have responded, I saw you as leaving and no "discussion" that you were starting. If you were expecting a response, then I apologize. I haven't received anything else from you beyond that.

So, that should about settle your "complaints" and any further ones need to be researched better and posted in the appropriate location. Future posts here outside the status of DM's, will be deleted.

Where the Hell has the Pie been?

I had originally intended to be gone about a week from In Game so to speak, both as a little break for personal reasons as well as my work schedule being not very conducive to being around much. My work schedule sucks again this week, although Im going to try and be around Tuesday and possibly Wednesday night. At the present time I am also working on a storyline which will encompass several parts, although it wont be quite as long as the Illithid one, so be ready for that. :)

Most likely I will be gone all day on Saturday for personal reasons. If anyone wants me to run things I can try to get them done in the daytime US time on Friday.

Regrettably, Scrumm has elected to take an extended leave of absence, and will not be returning to the server for some time.
