Occasionally, two players fight. This leads to death. When one character dies, they respawn. However. There is one little thing we want you to remember.

When your character dies, they don't remember the incident. They'll hardly remember anything before dying, and will most likely not know they died. What this means to you, is, when another PC kills your PC, you may not rise from the grave and run to the guards to report them.

Thank you.

To clarify, a player on death should be forgetting approximately half an hour of lead-up time before the point of their death. Thus, while they will remember entering the filthy kobold lair, if killed by the chief inside they will not remember where they were, or how precisely they died.

Similarly, in PvP situations, unless the enemy talks your ear off for a long while before putting you to the sword, axe, bow or spell (or anything else, for that matter), you do NOT know who it was or what happened.
