My strength went over my dex *Due to rage* on a character and when rage wore off the ab was one lower then it should have been as if it were still using strength to modify it from the base attack bonus rather then taking weapon finesse into account.

Not sure anything can be done about it but good for a heads up.

Sounds like a similar bug to the web-bolt dex penalty not wearing off. If you have a dex enhancement item unequip and reequip, or use a cats grace potion. That might fix it.

It's not scripted so from a scripter standpoint nothing can be done.
